Stiffness and hardness, tilting stability, load capacity, driving dynamics, robustness and, last but not least, the weight of a SUP board are largely derived from the structure, construction and material used. The versatility, however, is based on the type and scope of existing features such as the number of handles, the number of stainless D-rings f. the luggage belt, stainless D-rings for a kayak seat and D-rings for mooring or towing, the presence of a kayak bar, etc.

The new SUP GENERATION with a " 4 Tech L-CORE " construction is based on an inner fiber core of 25,000 polyester threads per cm² . This is twice the number of extremely resilient polyester threads that are usually built into SUP boards. This close-meshed fiber core is fused with a 4-layer PRE-laminated fabric material. This extremely hard-wearing PRE-laminated material is not only significantly lighter - in conjunction with the polyester fiber core manufactured using the latest DROP-STICH technology , it develops a stiffness and weight increase that is up to 20% higher. Degree of hardness .
Longitudinal stringers (also pre-laminated material) that are embedded in the board surface also increase the bending and Torsional stiffness of these 4-layer SUP boards.
